Now that I have your attention!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, there are free computers available for students in North Carolina. Make sure to check out two of our pre-conference sessions offered by The Kramden Institute (http://www.kramden.org). All session attendees will need to have a list of students who need computers in their homes because computers will be ready for pick up at the conference.

No joke! Mike Shumake here, Director of Education for the Kramden Institute. I'm sitting on 400 computers in the Kramden Institute Warehouse, complete computer systems waiting for kids in North Carolina. Come to the NCTIES 2009 Conference and find out how you can get computers for hard working students who don't have computers in the home. We are going to refurbish and prepare 400 more next month, and another 400 the month after that... we are looking for schools to help us distribute these computers. Find out how you can host a Kramden In-School Award Event to help your students get a free computer!
